Jerome’s Practice

 

Jerome currently enjoys a broad civil litigation practice including insurance, personal injury, property, costs and commercial litigation.

 

He also receives instructions in criminal and regulatory matters and has developed his practice in this area during his pupillage under Mr Eugene MacLaughlin.

 

Jerome is receiving an increasing number of instructions in family proceedings and is looking forward to developing his practice in this area.   

 

Jerome’s Background

 

Jerome completed pupillage at Holborn Chambers prior to commencing tenancy.

 

He qualified as a solicitor in 2009 before being called to the Bar in 2021. Having previously been head of litigation at a firm of solicitors he understands the commercial pressures that can often be faced by solicitors and what they require from Counsel. He is very much aware of the value that can be added when a barrister is instructed.

 

Jerome has considerable advocacy experience from his time as a solicitor with his courtroom demeanour and manner with clients belying his year of call.
